General Motors Co.’s stock got an upgrade Monday from analysts at Morgan Stanley, who said that Wall Street is underappreciating the car maker’s “improved capital discipline” and other positives.
The Morgan Stanley analysts, led by Adam Jonas, lifted their rating on GM’s stock GM to the equivalent of buy from hold and also raised their price target on the stock to $38 from $35, representing a 12% upside over Monday prices.
