Earnings Results: Comcast’s stock shoots toward best day in 3 years as ‘every important metric’ beats expectations

Shares of Comcast Corp. were rallying 9% in Thursday’s session and heading for their best day in more than three years as the media and entertainment giant’s latest results showed that it is “continuing to operate very, very well,” in the view of one analyst.
