Dow Jones Newswires: Wolters Kluwer 9-month revenues up 6% organically

on Wednesday said revenue for the first nine months of the year rose 6% organically, and backed its full-year guidance.

The Netherlands-based information, software and services company said recurring revenue–which represents 81% of the group total–rose 7% organically, driven by its expert solutions.

Nine-month adjusted operating profit increased 17% overall and 6% in constant currencies.

The share buyback for 2022 is around 76% completed to date and on track to reach 1 billion euros ($987.4 million) by year-end, it said.

The company backed its full-year guidance for 2022, including an adjusted operating profit margin of 26.0%-26.5%.
