Electric vehicle maker Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.

on Tuesday said Interim Chief Financial Officer Becky Roof will resign “upon the successful completion of key Securities and Exchange Commission filings and fundraising milestones.”
She was named interim CFO in March, succeeding Walter McBride, who stepped down from the post for health reasons, the company said.
Faraday Future said it is continuing its search for a permanent CFO and added it “expects to announce a new chief accounting officer who will also serve as acting chief financial officer in the near future.”
