: Pipeline company’s stock soars 35% on debt-ceiling deal

Equitrans Midstream Corp.’s stock closed 35% higher on Tuesday as investors reacted to a debt-ceiling bill’s inclusion of a provision that would allow for expedited completion of the company’s Mountain Valley Pipeline.
