Electronic Arts Inc. shares rallied in the extended session Tuesday after the videogame publisher reported bookings and revenue that topped Wall Street’s expectations.
EA EA shares surged 5% after hours, following a 0.3% decline in the regular session to close at $125.41. At Tuesday’s close, the stock was up 2.6% year to date , compared with a 16% rise in the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite Index COMP, and a 7.5% advance by the S&P 500 index SPX.
